EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you may have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please complete the form below to submit your withdrawal request. We will confirm receipt and send return instructions where applicable. Please do not return any items until you have heard from our Customer Care team.

Items must be returned in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, sealed piercing jewellery cannot be returned once the seal has been removed.
