Shipping policy

We ship internationally, with orders dispatching within 1-2 business days.

Once an order has been placed, please allow a processing time of 1-2 working days for your order to be processed & dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a link to your parcel’s live tracking information. During peak sales promotions and festive seasonal events, please expect additional 2-3 working days for your order to be processed & dispatched.

The delivery timings of each parcel may change from time to time, depending on variables like weather conditions, customs, global logistics challenges etc. For more information on shipping time per country, you may view the ‘Shipping’ section in our customer care page‘‘. We will recommend that you check in on your delivery status from your tracking link that is stated in your email.

In the event you need to change your address, kindly email in to support@askandembla.net as soon as possible. We hope to seek your understanding that we are not able to redirect orders once they have been shipped, but know that we will do our best.  Once your parcel is shipped, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to make the necessary arrangements.

If taxes are included in your order summary, you will not be required to pay additional duties and taxes. 

If taxes are not included in your order summary, some orders outside of Singapore may have additional duties and taxes incurred. Please refer to your local customs tax and duties rates to determine your tax obligations. In these cases, Ask & Embla is not responsible for the amount, if any, that will be charged, and we’re unable to waive or refund such fees in any cases. We hope to seek your understanding on this.
