RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we accept returns or exchanges if the affected product is eligible and returned within 14 days of receiving it.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping fee (and the re-shipping fee of the replacement product and any potential taxes incurred, if you opt for an exchange). If you opt for a return, please note that your original shipping fee is not refundable.

I gave this 4 stars because although it is unique and beautiful, it is a bit tight for me to wear, based on where my septum is pierced. Maybe my sweet spot is a bit higher than others, but be warned that this may be a bit tight depending on where you are pierced. I also wish this came in 16g. I was pierced with and usually wear 16g, so I don’t wear this everyday. But, with the clicker, it is easy to change. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.
