RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we accept returns or exchanges if the affected product is eligible and returned within 14 days of receiving it.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping fee (and the re-shipping fee of the replacement product and any potential taxes incurred, if you opt for an exchange). If you opt for a return, please note that your original shipping fee is not refundable.

The design of this hand chain is SO cool, and I immediately fell in love when I saw it. However, upon opening the chain, it feels much lighter than the other pieces I own from Ask and Embla. I also noticed they stopped putting the weight of their earrings in the product description, which was very helpful to me. I hope they are not starting to produce lighter, cheaper feeling pieces, as they make excellent quality jewelry with the best designs!

I love the idea; look and quality of this bracelet. It fits nicely and is comfortable and it's very adjustable as well. The only thing I wish was different is the ring. The ring isn't great. It catches on everything due to its design. But most importantly, it's too small. It is open and is technically adjustable but the ring is still too small. I wear US size 9 on my middle finger where this ring needs to be worn in order to make the bracelet look right and the ring only "hugs" my finger half way. I think it's meant for someone size 7 max. I ended up customizing my bracelet by replacing the ring with a different steel ring of my own. I would have kept the original ring if it was a more inclusive size with overlapping "ends" for adjustment.
