My Baroque hangers were broken, one could no longer be closed. I wrote to them and immediately received a reply with the information that I would be sent new ones because I was still under warranty.On the same day I received confirmation that the replacement had been dispatched.

My favorite pair, by far. Beautiful quality and materials, looks great alone or with tunnels or ring stacks. Having to buy a second pair (my fault) because the latch broke when dropped from a good height on a stone floor :( But love these hangers!
