If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we accept returns or exchanges if the affected product is eligible and returned within 14 days of receiving it.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping fee (and the re-shipping fee of the replacement product and any potential taxes incurred, if you opt for an exchange). If you opt for a return, please note that your original shipping fee is not refundable.

These look amazing, but the claws are needle-sharp. In trying to get them on my ear, the spring came down and I literally had to pull the claws out of my earmeats. (I have large stretched lobes, but they aren't thinned out like a lot of people's.) I went at them with a jewelry file and gave the mean birdy a manicure, and it's much safer, now. They were on clearance, so I don't know if they'll be restocked, but I'd suggest making them less stabby. Still cute, though!
