RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we accept returns or exchanges if the affected product is eligible and returned within 14 days of receiving it.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping fee (and the re-shipping fee of the replacement product and any potential taxes incurred, if you opt for an exchange). If you opt for a return, please note that your original shipping fee is not refundable.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin : une fine bande de papier ou un morceau de ficelle, un stylo ou un marqueur et une règle.
- Enroulez la bande de papier ou la ficelle autour de votre doigt. Assurez-vous qu’une boucle complète et fermée est formée.
- Ajustez la taille de la boucle à l'ajustement souhaité, en vous assurant qu'elle est confortablement installée. Assurez-vous que la boucle peut toujours glisser sur vos jointures.
- Lorsque vous trouvez l'ajustement souhaité, utilisez un stylo et marquez le début et la fin de la boucle.
- Posez votre ficelle ou votre papier sur une surface plane et mesurez la distance entre les 2 points. Ce sera la circonférence de votre bague.
- Référez-vous à notre guide des tailles de bague pour connaître votre taille en fonction de votre mesure
Une bague bien ajustée doit s'adapter confortablement à votre doigt sans être trop serrée. Lorsque vous l'enfilez ou l'enlevez, il doit pouvoir glisser sur votre jointure avec peu de résistance. Il ne doit pas créer de renflement ni provoquer de marques d’indentation. Nos bagues s'adaptent à la taille. Si vous êtes entre deux tailles, prenez une taille inférieure pour les bagues fines et une taille supérieure pour les bagues épaisses (plus de 3 mm de largeur de bande) pour maintenir un ajustement confortable.
Pour vérifier si votre bague n'est pas trop serrée, enfilez-la et poussez-la contre le dessous de votre doigt – il doit y avoir un petit espace entre la bague et votre doigt. Pour plus d'informations, consultez notre Guide des tailles de bijoux.
