- 紙片や紐を指に巻き付けます。完全な閉ループが形成されていることを確認します。
- ループのサイズを好みのフィット感に調整して、快適に座れるようにします。ループが指の関節の上を滑ることができることを確認してください。
- 希望のフィット感が見つかったら、ペンを使用してループの開始点と終了点をマークします。
- 紐または紙を平らな面に置き、2 点間の距離を測定します。これが指輪の円周になります。
