RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we accept returns or exchanges if the affected product is eligible and returned within 14 days of receiving it.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping fee (and the re-shipping fee of the replacement product and any potential taxes incurred, if you opt for an exchange). If you opt for a return, please note that your original shipping fee is not refundable.

Body Jewelry Size Guide
Clickers can be worn on septum and cartilage piercings, as long as they are in the right size and length for you. As each individual septum and cartilage is different, please refer to product descriptions for measurements, to make sure they are suitable for your piercing.
We highly recommend attempting to change your jewelry only when your piercing is fully healed. We are not responsible for any precautions that were not taken when measuring and or changing jewelry.

It took me a long time to decide to buy this as buying jewellery that you've only seen in pictures can be a bit of a gamble but I love my Caspian Dome Clicker and it looks great on me. I had an issue where the clasp on my first one started opening very easily after a few months but communication with Ask & Embla was very quick and efficient and I was sent a replacement. Really hoping I was just unlucky with the first one because it's a great looking piece of jewelry!
