RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we accept returns or exchanges if the affected product is eligible and returned within 14 days of receiving it.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping fee (and the re-shipping fee of the replacement product and any potential taxes incurred, if you opt for an exchange). If you opt for a return, please note that your original shipping fee is not refundable.

Clickers can be worn on septum and cartilage piercings, as long as they are in the right size and length for you. As each individual septum and cartilage is different, please refer to product descriptions for measurements, to make sure they are suitable for your piercing.
We highly recommend attempting to change your jewelry only when your piercing is fully healed. We are not responsible for any precautions that were not taken when measuring and or changing jewelry.

This septum clicker is exactly as pictured. The color is a beautiful gold and the quality is amazing. I am always impressed by this company's quality of product. Their products have lasted me longer than any other septum clickers that I own. I now have a total of 12 from them. The only drawback and complaint that I have is that it seems they do not make clickers longer than an 8mm drop anymore. That is not enough for my septum piercing and after a day or two of wearing it, my septum gets extremely sore, I'll say even a little painful. It also makes it very difficult to get on and off when it's so small, especially if I have long nails. Might just be me though. They used to have some that was in a 10mm or 11 mm drop and those are perfect. The 8mm drop is just too small and it makes the piercing look very dainty and almost unnoticeable. Great if that's what you're looking for, but I'd like mine a bit more noticeable. I'll add a photo and you'll see that it's the smallest out of all the ones that I've purchased and they're all past purchases from Ask & Embla. I would still review it very highly just based on how beautiful the product is and the quality.
