Each listed size features a smaller, standard-fit back flare to account for your size and ensure maximum ease and comfort while you wear and remove it. Order your actual size for a true fit.For lobes stretched above 24mm, you may order 24mm for a looser style fit.

The pieces themselves are stunning and great quality. However, they make my ear hole wide and to me that just looks funky. It might be because my stretch is only 10 mm so if yours are larger I don't think that is a problem.
