I gave this 4 stars because although it is unique and beautiful, it is a bit tight for me to wear, based on where my septum is pierced. Maybe my sweet spot is a bit higher than others, but be warned that this may be a bit tight depending on where you are pierced. I also wish this came in 16g. I was pierced with and usually wear 16g, so I donโt wear this everyday. But, with the clicker, it is easy to change. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.
